Why we use it

To reply to you and talk about working together. We won’t add you to a mailing list unless you ask.

Who else handles it

• Vercel hosts this website. Like any web host, it keeps short-lived server logs, such as IP addresses, to run the site and keep it secure.
• Google Workspace stores the emails you send us.

We share your details with no one else, except where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your emails only as long as we need them to reply to you and to work together. If you ask, we delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete what you sent. Email nate@zip-support.com and we’ll do it.

Clients

This page covers the website only. The client portal and the support we run for your store are covered by your agreement with us.
